My journey with SMAG officially began in 2002 when I joined as an Aftersales Representative. From those early days on the ground, I gained invaluable insights into our customers’ needs and the heartbeat of our operations. I later progressed into the role of Product Support Manager, and in 2014, I had the privilege of being appointed Managing Director. However, my connection with SMAG runs even deeper. I have been closely linked to the company since its inception, witnessing its growth, transformation, and the unwavering spirit that defines it.
Over the years, I have helped SMAG evolve into a dynamic, multi-sector business with a footprint in agriculture, golf, hospitality, and landscaping equipment and aftersales excellence. Each industry presents unique challenges and opportunities, and our strength lies in our ability to adapt, innovate, and deliver exceptional service across all fronts.
