At our spare parts department, we work closely with our technicians and maintenance crew, making sure you get the best quality parts and repairs for your purchased product. We supply spare parts for all our machines, whether that is in our golf sector, landscaping, turf, or agriculture – we can provide, deliver, and install the necessary changes. We often sell a service kit in our different sectors, so you are always prepared and equipped for any essential changes at a cost-effective deal.

With 11 years of experience at SMAG, I have been dedicated to optimizing our supply chain, improving customer satisfaction, and driving innovation in our spare parts department.

My goal is to strengthen SMAG’s reputation as a trusted partner by continuously enhancing our service, expanding our product range, and leveraging technology to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

A results-oriented manager with a unique background spanning both regulated production and technical service operations. Before joining SMAG in March 2025, I spent five years working in a specialized life sciences environment accredited to demanding international standards, where I developed strong problem-solving skills and a rigorous approach to precise operational follow-up and compliance with strict standard operating procedures.

In my current role, I focus on driving performance across the workshop and business processes—striving to find efficiency at every step to serve our clients promptly and deliver a consistently high standard of service. Whether troubleshooting complex issues or supporting the team, I am committed to fostering a proactive, solution-focused environment.

I am passionate about continuous improvement and building systems that empower people to do their best work while exceeding customer expectations.
